Overview
We are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Care Advisors in Sharjah. As a Customer Care Advisor, you are the first line of support to deal with all customers' questions or requests in a speedy and qualitative manner.
Responsibilities- Primary contact for customers for all current affairs: offers, back orders, questions about invoices, complaints.
- Observe customer challenges and be solution driven.
- Collaborate and communicate constructively with all departments within TVH and stimulate colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
- Signal and report about bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
- Register and administrate client information, documentation, complaints and signals in the relevant systems to have an accurate and complete insight in the status of clients.
- About 2-3 years experience in a customer‑oriented job.
- Strong customer‑oriented thinking and acting skills.
- Good commercial skills.
- Solution driven and persistent.
- Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.
