MAJID AL FUTTAIM is hiring a customer service associate to support daily operations across MAF Entertainment venues, including Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai. You will handle ticketing, payments, inquiries, and help deliver a safe, enjoyable guest experience.
Strong communication in English is essential;
Arabic is a plus. Candidates should have 1–2 years in customer service or retail, basic computer and cash handling skills, and a high school education. UAE family book is required.
