Role Overview

The Handover Executive
- UAEN is responsible for coordinating and conducting property handovers to customers across Aljada, Masaar and Jouri Hills communities. The role involves visiting units, providing home orientations, explaining key property features, obtaining customer acknowledgements and signed handover documents, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the handover process. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is comfortable working on-site, traveling between communities, and engaging directly with homeowners.

• Conduct unit handovers to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Visit properties within Aljada, Masaar and Jouri Hills communities to facilitate handovers.
• Provide customers with comprehensive home orientation tours, including explanation of unit features, facilities, and maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all handover documentation, acknowledgements, and agreements are accurately completed and signed by customers.
• Explain customer responsibilities, community guidelines, and relevant property information during the handover process.
• Address customer inquiries and provide professional support to ensure a positive handover experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Customer Service, Property Management, Facilities Management, and Technical Teams to resolve outstanding issues before handover.
• Maintain accurate records of handovers and customer documentation.
• Follow up on customer concerns raised during handover and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support the wider customer experience team with handover-related activities as required.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Property Handover, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Previous experience in property handovers is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing directly with customers in a customer-facing role.

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Own vehicle required.
• Willingness to work across Aljada, Masaar and Jouri Hills sites.
• Ability to manage and conduct handovers for approximately seven customers per day.
