We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English, as well as comfortable working with customers from various backgrounds. Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist with their transactions
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely service
- Handle refunds or exchanges according to company policies
- Ensure accurate pricing of products
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or finance is a plus
- Customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English; ability to speak other languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
