Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment seeks a Customer Service Officer to support on-ground operations across cinemas, Magic Planet and Ski Dubai venues. You will handle guest inquiries, ticketing, sales and event coordination while maintaining high service standards and safety guidelines.
Strong communication in English is essential;
Arabic is a plus. Prior customer service, F&B or retail experience is preferred, with at least a high school education.
