Receptionist / Cashier – Gaming Zone (Mall)

Job Summary:

Responsible for welcoming customers, handling gaming-zone bookings and payments, operating the cash register/POS system, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining the reception area and coordinating with the gaming staff to daily operations.

• Welcome customers and explain available games, packages, prices, and promotions.
• Handle customer registrations, bookings, and payments.
• Operate the POS/cashier system and issue receipts.
• Maintain proper cash records and complete daily cash reconciliation.
• Answer customer inquiries and assist with complaints professionally.
• Monitor game-session timings and coordinate with gaming-zone staff.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and organized.
• Promote memberships, packages, special offers, and additional services.
• Follow mall and gaming-zone safety, security, and company procedures.
• Prepare daily sales and attendance reports when required.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Previous experience in cashier, receptionist, customer service, retail, or entertainment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge.
• Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
• Honest, responsible, and comfortable handling cash.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
