Job Description:

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Cargo Service Executive to join our clients air cargo customer service operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting cargo operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and airline partners. This position requires prior experience in a customer service or logistics environment.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to air cargo operations.
• Provide accurate information on shipment status, bookings, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, airline partners, and logistics teams.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
• Support shift-based operational requirements.

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Experience in air cargo, airline, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with cargo/airline systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
