Receptionist; Arabic Speaking

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly courteous and professional manner
• Verify guest eligibility and process lounge access using airline systems, membership cards, boarding passes or vouchers
• Check in guests accurately and maintain proper records of lounge usage
• Provide information about lounge facilities, services, flight updates and boarding procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally; escalating issues when necessary
• Coordinate with airline representatives and lounge operations teams to ensure smooth guest service
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times
• Monitor lounge capacity and manage guest entry in accordance with operational guidelines
• Assist with administrative tasks including preparing daily reports and maintaining guest records
• Process payments for paid lounge access where applicable and reconcile transactions accurately
• Comply with airport security regulations, company policies and health safety standards
• Support other lounge operations as required to ensure excellent guest experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in office administration or related fields is preferred.
  1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, showcasing your proficiency in managing a busy reception area.
• Experience in a corporate or customer service environment, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse client interactions with professionalism.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
