The operations room is hiring a calm Emergency Dispatcher to answer urgent public calls and guide patrol cars to incident locations across Sharjah.
Job Requirements and Qualifications- Pick up the phone quickly and ask the caller for their exact street name.
- Use the radio system to send the nearest patrol car to a traffic accident.
- Type the caller details into the computer screen while talking to them.
- Keep your voice very calm when talking to panicking citizens on the phone.
