We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Sharjah office.
Skills
Requirements:
- Must speak Russian and English
. - Knowledge of Turkmen, Kazakh, or Kyrgyz is an advantage.
- Candidates from CIS countries are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear answers.
- Manage incoming phone calls and customer requests.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
