KONE is seeking a Customer Care Agent to be based in our Sharjah office. The role focuses on handling callouts, inbound and outbound calls, and case registrations with a strong emphasis on safety and customer empathy.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, while French is an added advantage. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years in customer service, with excellent communication and IT skills.
