KONE is seeking a Customer Care Agent based in Sharjah, UAE. The role reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and serves as the main entry point for external customer contacts, handling inbound queries, callouts, and outbound calls.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of customer service experience, with excellent communication and IT skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential;
French is an added advantage.
