- At least 5 years of experience in a dental practice
- Degree from an accredited Dentistry school
- Passion for dentistry and dedication to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of office procedures, billing, and insurance policies
- Up-to-date with current trends in dentistry
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques
- Ability to work well in a team
