Dental Marketing & Business Development Specialist; Dentist

We are looking for a motivated and professional Dentist to join our dental laboratory team in a Marketing & Business Development role.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and dental clinics.
• Present and promote the laboratory's services in a professional manner.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the laboratory's client network.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up with potential clients.
• Contribute to social media marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.
• Understand dentists' needs and provide suitable laboratory solutions.
• Represent the laboratory during meetings, clinic visits, and professional events.

• Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Good understanding of dental laboratory terminology, restorative materials, and prosthetic workflows.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory, dental company, or a business development role is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
