Dental Assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. We offer a salary of 1600 and are ready to consider an immigrant for the position.
Candidate Needs- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a formal dental assistant program preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, materials and equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organizational skills
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
- Greet patients as they arrive and prepare them for the examination
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments and assemble necessary equipment
- Assist the dentist during various procedures by providing instruments and other materials as needed
- Take X-rays, develop films, pour up study casts, make impressions and process dentures.
- Prepare materials for fillings and other procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, handling insurance forms etc.
