- Operate and maintain advanced CAM milling and 3D printing equipment to produce crowns bridges and implant components Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CAD CAM equipment and software minimizing downtime and production delays Maintain detailed records of all cases materials used and fabrication processes for traceability and continuous improvement Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in achieving production goals Manage digital workflow processes from initial case submission to final product delivery ensuring efficiency and quality control Perform precise finishing and polishing of milled and printed restorations ensuring optimal fit aesthetics and patient comfort Expertise in various dental materials suitable for CAD/CAM fabrication, including ceramics and zirconia.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with dental professionals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced laboratory environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for prolonged periods of fine detail work.
