Fit- Architect

The Fit‑Out Architect bridges design intent and construction delivery developing detailed architectural and interior fit‑out drawings coordinating with consultants and site teams and managing technical design submissions for villa, commercial and hospitality fit‑out projects in the UAE GCC.

• Develop and produce detailed architectural fit‑out drawings including reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), floor finish plans, wall elevations, joinery details and material schedules.
• Translate concept designs and design intent drawings into construction‑ready shop drawing packages.
• Coordinate fit‑out design with MEP, structural and specialist subcontractor drawings to produce clash‑free integrated packages.
• Manage authority approval submissions for fit‑out works with UAE local authorities: DM, Trakhees, Civil Defence, SEWA.
• Prepare and track material submittals, samples and mock‑up approvals.
• Respond to site RFIs and technical queries with accurate and timely design clarifications.
• Review subcontractor shop drawings for design compliance and mark‑up comments.
• Support the design team in client presentations, design development workshops and value engineering exercises.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control and document management for assigned projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 3+ years of fit‑out architectural experience in UAE/GCC, including exposure to interior fit‑out contracting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); proficiency in Revit and Sketch Up are strong advantages.
• Good knowledge of UAE authority submission requirements for interior fit‑out and renovation works.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, joinery construction, and ceiling/partition systems.
• Creative eye for design combined with meticulous attention to technical detail.
