Landscape Architect Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution.
- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions in line with project objectives and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare and review landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Municipality regulations, environmental standards and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and design reviews.
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation and client relationship management when required.
- Ensure designs align with Arada s project vision.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost evaluations.
- Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design intent and quality.
- Monitor landscape scope changes and assess cost implications.
- Manage and coordinate design interfaces between landscape and infrastructure elements.
- Resolve design conflicts and provide technical solutions during project development.
- Review design drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submissions and shop drawings.
- Evaluate planting strategies, irrigation systems, hardscape materials, lighting and site furnishings.
- Review mock-ups, material samples and site installations.
- Support project closeout, snagging and handover activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management in the UAE.
- Proven experience working on projects in UAE with strong familiarity of municipality regulations and approval processes.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary landscape projects from concept to completion.
- Prior experience in residential, mixed-use, or public realm projects is preferred.
- Strong landscape design and project management capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, hardscape detailing, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong technical and coordination abilities.
