The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior roles, and must be proficient in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include overseeing design compliance, managing site execution, coordinating with authorities for permits, and ensuring quality control during construction.
Candidates should possess strong local authority experience and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. Salary is AED 23,000 – 27,000 per month plus benefits.
