Interior Designer​/Color Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide color consultation and design advice to customers, project stakeholders and industry professionals.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate color schemes, finishes, textures and decorative solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects.
• Prepare color presentations, mood boards and design proposals tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate lighting conditions, architectural elements and project needs.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, color forecasting and decorative finishing techniques.
• Support sales and business development activities by providing technical and aesthetic recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and project owners.
• Deliver product presentations, workshops and design-focused customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, design initiatives and market development activities.
• Maintain records of consultations, project specifications and customer requirements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely follow-up on project opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Interior Design or Color Consulting is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design, color consulting, decorative finishes or related industries.
• Experience working with paint manufacturers, architectural firms, interior design consultancies, or construction-related businesses is preferred.
• Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and current interior design trends.
• Knowledge of decorative finishes, coatings, textures, and related products.
• Ability to create mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.
