Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations realistic renders and walkthroughs. Develop interior concepts mood boards material selections furniture layouts lighting concepts and color schemes.
Prepare detailed interior design drawings and presentations. Create 3D models based on architectural plans and project requirements. Coordinate designs with architects engineers contractors and project teams.
Ensure designs are practical visually appealing and suitable for construction. Make design revisions based on management consultant or client feedback.
Assist in selecting and specifying materials finishes furniture fixtures and decorative elements. Visit project sites when required to understand existing conditions and monitor design implementation.
Ensure consistency between 3D designs architectural drawings and actual site execution. Prepare professional presentations and design proposals for management and clients.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field. Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design and 3D visualization. UAE experience is preferred.
Strong experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects. Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering. Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and interior detailing. Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
Strong creative and conceptual design skills. Ability to develop a complete design from concept to final 3D visualization. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for proportion, materials, and aesthetics. Good communication and teamwork skills. UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
