Lead Interior designer Manager

Sukoon Interiors is looking for an experienced and creative Lead Interior Design Manager to join our founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a growing luxury interior design company from the beginning and play a key role in shaping its future.

• Lead and manage the interior design team
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present creative design solutions
• Prepare and develop luxury interior design concepts
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Select finishing materials and oversee design quality
• Build strong client relationships and support the sales process by presenting and closing design proposals

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proven experience in luxury residential or commercial interior design
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage projects from concept design through execution
• Self-motivated, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work
