Urology Consultant

Description

We are actively seeking a qualified urology consultant with DHA approval to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of urological conditions and be adept at delivering high-quality care in a dynamic clinical environment.

In this role, you will be expected to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of urological diseases. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes through tailored treatment plans and innovative therapeutic interventions.

• Assess and evaluate patients with urological conditions through detailed histories, examinations, and diagnostics.
• Formulate effective treatment strategies blending both surgical and non-surgical options.
• Execute surgical procedures related to urology and oversee the pre-and post-operative care of patients.
• Instruct patients and their families on treatment protocols, lifestyle modifications, and preventative measures.
• Participate in clinical audits, research projects, and educational initiatives to drive the advancement of urology.
• Maintain high standards of medical documentation in accordance with local regulations and hospital policies.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a residency program in urology.
• DHA license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in urology, with a strong focus on patient care.
• Demonstrated experience in performing urological surgeries and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail.
