Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients with surgical conditions
- Perform complex visceral surgeries with precision and care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and mentor junior surgical staff and residents
- Participate in clinical education and training programs
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
- Contribute to surgical research, case presentations, and academic programs as needed
- Engage with patients and their families to discuss procedures, risks, and recovery
- Medical degree and valid surgical credentials to practice as a Consultant Visceral Surgeon
- Completion of a residency program in General Surgery, followed by a fellowship in Visceral Surgery
- Extensive experience in performing complex abdominal surgical procedures
- Proficiency in the latest surgical techniques and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a patient-centered approach and high-quality care delivery
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment
