• Perform in-depth psychiatric assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
• Diagnose mental health disorders and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Provide psychotherapy and medication management in a collaborative treatment environment
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and recovery strategies
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatry

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Psychiatry is essential
• Active medical license to practice in the UAE
• Significant clinical experience in psychiatric practice, with expertise in treating diverse mental health conditions
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and therapeutic techniques
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team-based environment
