The role offersan opportunity foran internationally trainedcritical care physician to work withina modern, quality-driven healthcare environmentserving a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will provide advanced critical care management while working closely with multidisciplinary teamsand maintaining high standards of patient-centred care.
ROLE OVERVIEWThe successful candidate will work withina collaborative, multidisciplinaryclinical environment supportedbyexperienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and moderndiagnostic and treatment facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the management of critically illmedical,surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in the intensivecare unit.
- Provide advanced organsupport, including mechanical ventilation, haemodynamicmanagement, renal supportcoordination and sepsismanagement.
- Perform critical care procedures suchas airway management, central venous accessand invasive monitoringaccording to clinical expertise and facilityprivileges.
- Coordinate multidisciplinaryICU rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists and allied health professionals.
- Support effective communication with patients families, including goals-of-care discussions and appropriate ethical decision-making.
- Contribute to ICUprotocols, infection prevention, clinical audits, simulation training and quality improvement initiatives.
- American Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine
- UK CCT / FFICM/ MRCP or FRCApathway
- European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine
- Royal College Certification, Canada
- Australian CICM Fellowship
- Arab Board
- DM / DNB / FCPSor an equivalent recognised specialist qualification
