Role Responsibilities & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Special Educational Needs, Inclusion, Education, or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) from the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
- Minimum of 2 years' post‑qualification experience supporting students with additional learning needs
- Experience working across Primary and Secondary phases
- Strong understanding of inclusive practices, differentiation, and intervention strategies
- Experience with IB and/or Australian Curriculum is highly desirable; applicants from other curricula with strong inclusive practice are encouraged to apply
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external specialists
- Previous international experience is an advantage but not essential
- Tax‑free monthly salary from 12,000 AED up to 17,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications
