Our reputable IB school in Sharjah is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Kindergarten (KG) teacher to join their Early Years team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, committed to inquiry-based learning, and capable of fostering a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
• Support young learners' academic, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and inquiry-led learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and caring classroom that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to school events and the wider school community.
• Collaborate with colleagues on planning, assessment, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (mandatory).
• Teaching qualification (e.g.
  
  B.Ed. in Early Years or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching KG or early years (IB PYP experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passionate about child-centred learning and the principles of the IB.
