Montessori-Experienced Early Childhood Educator (1:1 Home Role)
We are looking for a naturally gifted, Montessori-experienced educator to work 1:1 with a bright, focused, well-raised 3-year-old child who is already comfortable with routine, meaningful engagement, and long periods of playful concentration.
If you love designing engaging activities, intuitively connecting with young children, and watching learning unfold through real life, this role will feel deeply rewarding.
What makes this role different- The child is already able to focus on playful, purposeful activities for extended periods
- Learning happens through hands-on Montessori-inspired activities, music, movement, exercise, and storytelling
- Formal Montessori-style activities take place earlier in the day, followed by:
- Movement, park visits, and outdoor time
- Accompanying the mother to the gym or work meetings (with child in play areas)
- Skill-based classes such as swimming or music
- You become both a guide and a trusted companion — a teacher, playmate, and confidante
- This is a fluid, real-world Montessori environment
, not a classroom setup
- Co-create a Montessori-aligned learning plan with the child’s mother
- Design and introduce new activities creatively, drawing inspiration from modern tools and resources
- Follow, adapt, and fine-tune activities as the child grows
- Work confidently across Montessori domains, including:
- Practical Life (baking, mixing, cleaning, cooking, food preparation)
- Sensorial activities
- Storytelling to introduce real-world concepts (including early science)
- Language (phonics, vocabulary, expressive language)
- Early Math (number sense, quantities, patterns, simple addition and subtraction)
- Bring your own gifts and strengths (music, movement, art, storytelling, creativity) into the child’s day
This role suits someone who can instantly think of multiple engaging activities and genuinely enjoys supporting brain development and emotional well-being through play

- Someone who is not a natural with young children
- Someone who relies on rigid routines, memorisation, or books alone
- Someone lacks curiosity or initiative in creating engaging learning experiences
- Someone uncomfortable combining education with light childcare responsibilities in a home setting
- Montessori-trained or Montessori-experienced educators
- Minimum 1 year of Montessori experience with children aged 3–4
- Someone passionate about how activities shape 0–5-year-old brains and mental health
- Naturally warm, creative, and confident with toddlers
- Someone whose experience makes working with young children feel easy and joyful
- Bonus if you have recent experience raising young children of your own

Sharjah (near Masaar, Al Suyoh Suburb)

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• The educator is expected to manage their own daily commute to and from the home (no transport provided).
🗓 6 days per week
⏸️ 1–1.5 hour break during the child’s nap
Role structure- This is a daytime, non-live-in role
- Accommodation is not provided
- Applicants already legally eligible to work in the UAE (visa preferred) will be prioritised

AED 2,000 per month
