You will be teaching an ELC (Early Learning and Childcare) class of children between 3 to 5 years old.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Victorian (Australian) curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment with a strong focus on student well-being
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success
• Participate in professional development opportunities
• Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, demonstrating cultural sensitivity

• Bachelors / Post-graduate studies in education / relevant teaching subject
• Valid teaching licence and current registration (e.g. VIT, QTS) preferred
• 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience at relevant age range
• Experience with the Australian Curriculum is advantageous but not essential
• Dynamic and creative approach to teaching and motivatingstudents
• Flexibility and resilience required to work in a team at fast growing schools
