We’re Hiring:
English Teacher (Aug 2026 Academic Year)
Rushmore American School, Sharjah, is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our team next Academic Year (2026/2027).
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the American curriculum
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school activities
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field plus master’s degree required
- Teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years teaching experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience with UK or US curriculum
- Teaching Credential/License
