• Deliver the assigned curriculum with up-to-date subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies
• Plan and prepare lessons that motivate students and address diverse learning needs
• Set, mark, and assess student work while maintaining detailed academic records
• Provide guidance to students on academic and personal development matters
• Support students of varying abilities, including ESL learners, gifted students, and those needing additional help
• Use technology and media effectively to enhance classroom learning
