SECONDARY SCIENCE TEACHER – AUGUST 2026
Teaching position for Chemistry or Chemistry with Physics for grades 10‑12 at a well‑established international school on the eastern coast of the UAE in Sharjah. The school follows the Australian Victorian curriculum and focuses on strong foundations in literacy, numeracy and inquiry‑based learning while encouraging creativity, critical thinking and independence.
Qualifications and Recruitment Criteria- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (considered on a case‑by‑case basis if less).
- Preferred Australian curriculum experience; other curriculum experience welcomed such as NZ, UK, IRE.
- Preferred registration as a professional teacher (e.g., VIT, QTS).
- Relevant teaching qualification; minimum bachelor's degree that matches the age range or subject to be taught.
- A four‑day week and a long weekend every weekend.
