HEAD OF ART AND DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY

Position starts in August at a leading not-for-profit international school in the UAE, established in 2007 through a partnership between the Government of Sharjah and the State of Victoria, Australia. The school offers a high-quality Australian (Victorian) curriculum to a diverse international student community from Pre‑KG to Grade 12.

4 day week – Monday to Thursday

• Preferred to have IB experience (for senior school)
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (considered less on a case‑by‑case basis)
• Preferred registration as a professional teacher (e.g., VIT, QTS, etc)
• Applicants must have a relevant teaching qualification (minimum matching Bachelor's degree)
• Embrace a student‑centred model of learning and happy to work with predominantly ESL and largely Arabic children
• Work in a setting that is distinctly multi‑national and multicultural

The school is structured into Early Learning, Primary, Middle, and Senior sections, with senior students having the opportunity to pursue the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
