About the SchoolThis is a purpose‑built, state‑of‑the‑art international school located in Tilal City — one of Sharjah’s most exciting and rapidly growing master‑planned communities. Part of a highly regarded group, which has built an outstanding reputation for Australian education in the UAE since 2007, this campus opened in 2023 and represents the very best of what a modern international school can be.
Drawing on over 15 years of expertise from the original campus, this site was designed with a clear focus on open‑plan learning, STEM, Sport, and Creative Arts. The campus boasts a 500‑seat Performing Arts theatre, indoor sporting and swimming facilities, a dedicated innovation and STEM wing, and open‑plan learning spaces and classrooms. It is a genuinely exceptional environment in which to begin or develop a career in early years education.
The youngest learners in the Early Years Centre — from Pre‑KG through to KG — are introduced to learning through the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), whilst primary students from Grade Prep to Grade 6 follow the newly revised Australian Victorian Curriculum. As a PYP Candidate School, curriculum content is delivered through an engaging, challenging, transdisciplinary approach designed to develop lifelong learners and global citizens.
This school group is committed to developing inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people through intercultural understanding and respect, ensuring academic success for all learners whilst supporting each child’s emotional wellbeing and growth.
Who Will Thrive HereThis role will suit an early years specialist who brings genuine joy and intentionality to the classroom — someone who understands that the foundations laid in the earliest years of a child’s education shape everything that follows. You will thrive here if you are committed to play‑based, inquiry‑led learning and if you bring warmth, creativity, and high expectations in equal measure.
It is a young, growing campus with an exciting culture and the energy that comes with building something from the ground up. Teachers who are enthusiastic about being part of that journey, who embrace collaboration, and who want to make a lasting impact on a school community, will find this a truly rewarding place to work.
