The IELTS | English Instructor will deliver high‑quality English language and IELTS preparation classes to diverse learner groups in an on‑site setting at BTI’s Sharjah location. This full‑time role involves planning and conducting engaging lessons, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in achieving target IELTS band scores and improving overall language proficiency. The instructor will design and adapt course materials, incorporate communicative and exam‑focused teaching techniques, and maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessments.

The role also includes contributing to curriculum enhancement, participating in academic meetings, and supporting student counseling and placement as needed to ensure a positive and effective learning experience.

• Strong foundation in English Teaching and Language Teaching, with the ability to deliver structured lessons to varied proficiency levels.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner‑centered instruction.
• Proficient Writing skills for preparing instructional materials, model answers, and learner feedback.
• Proven experience teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency exams, with a track record of helping learners improve scores.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, neutral English pronunciation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sharjah, manage multiple classes, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams.
• Experience with modern teaching tools, online resources, and blended learning methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner‑focused approach to instruction.
