Adjunct Faculty English

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to teach students with diverse English language proficiency levels
• Sound knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
• Experience in developing measurable learning outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural academic environment
• Effective use of educational technology and digital learning platforms

• A Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching, English, or a closely related discipline.

• A PhD in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of three years of English language teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Foundation English, intensive English, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), or similar English language programs.
• Experience delivering CEFR-aligned English language instruction and supporting learners with diverse English proficiency levels.
• Experience in curriculum and syllabus development, assessment design, moderation, and English language assessment.
• Experience preparing students for internationally recognised English language proficiency examinations, such as Cambridge English Qualifications, IELTS, or TOEFL.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and technology-enhanced teaching and learning.
• Experience teaching in multicultural and diverse learning environments.
