Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels ensuring all students are actively involved.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes tests and informal evaluations providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Incorporate technology into the classroom utilizing online resources and educational software to enhance language acquisition and engagement.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation discussion and respect among students from various backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced opportunities.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent credentials demonstrating proficiency in English language teaching methodologies.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in teaching English as a second language, ideally in a multicultural or international setting.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
