Tutor vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers duties, and requirements

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction to students from K-12, helping them to develop their academic skills and reach their full potential. The Tutor should be able to work independently and create individual learning plans for each student. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month.

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least two years of experience working as a Tutor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with different learning styles
• Adaptability to changing student needs
• Patience and understanding when dealing with students of all ages
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once

• Design individual learning plans tailored to each student's needs
• Provide instruction in specific areas such as Math, Science, English, etc.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Motivate students through positive reinforcement and encouragement
• Maintain records of student performance
