Qualifications &

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Kindergarten Education or related field is preferred
• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting or relevant field is preferred
• Knowledgeable about child development theories and best practices for teaching young children
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with parents and colleagues
• Proficient in the use of technology for teaching purposes

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering educational activities to ensure positive outcomes for our kindergartners. They will create a stimulating learning environment by developing high-quality lesson plans tailored to each child’s individual needs. The teacher will also be expected to track student progress, communicate regularly with parents/guardians, collaborate with colleagues on educational initiatives, and adhere to school policies and guidelines.

Other duties may include maintaining an orderly classroom environment and participating in professional development activities.
