Librarian vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker
The position of Librarian in Sharjah is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and diverse cultural center. Our library is the heart of our community, and we are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in library science or equivalent education, and must possess excellent communication skills.
The librarian will be responsible for organizing the library’s collection of books, periodicals, videos, and other materials; aiding patrons with reference questions; creating databases; cataloging materials; assisting with technology related tasks; and providing research assistance. The librarian must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing quality customer service.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about library systems. This individual should have experience working in a library environment as well as knowledge of current trends in library technology. We are also open to considering an immigrant who meets these qualifications but may need additional help with language skills or visas.
This position offers competitive pay of 1500 per month plus benefits such as travel reimbursement and health insurance coverage.
