Tutor job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for a Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational and instructional assistance to students in individual or group sessions, helping them make progress in their studies and reach their learning goals.
The Tutor will monitor the student's progress, assess their needs, and provide feedback and support to help them improve. They will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to explain concepts effectively and adjust teaching methods accordingly. They should also have a good understanding of the subject they are teaching, as well as an enthusiasm for learning and helping others learn.
The ideal candidate must be patient and creative in developing methods of teaching that suit the different learning styles of each student. They must also possess excellent organizational skills to ensure that lessons run smoothly and all materials needed by students are provided. Additionally, they should be able to create a positive learning environment that encourages students to explore their interests and reach their potential.
This position requires at least 3 years of experience in tutoring or teaching, though we are open to considering immigrants with the necessary qualifications. In addition, we offer a salary of 1600 per month for this role.
