Tutor job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers and a University degree in Education.
We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This position offers a salary of 1400 AED and we are also open to consider an immigrant for the role.
The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in teaching and should have a University degree in Education or a related field. The main responsibility of the Tutor is to provide quality instruction to students either individually or in groups.
The Tutor will develop lesson plans that are tailored for each student, depending on their learning style and academic level. They will create educational materials such as handouts and exercises, assess student progress, provide feedback and help students with their course work. Additionally, they will motivate students to reach their full potential by setting goals, providing guidance and direction as needed.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely. They must also be patient, organized and able to adapt quickly to different situations.
