  Demonstrated university teaching experience at the postgraduate level in Maritime Research Methodology, Maritime Operations Management
  , or a closely related discipline.
• E:
  Experience teaching one or more of the following areas:
  Research Methods, Maritime Operations Management
  , Logistics, or related postgraduate courses.
• E:
  Strong understanding of contemporary maritime industry practices and their application to postgraduate teaching.

  Professional experience in the maritime, shipping, port, logistics, or supply chain industry

The Adjunct Faculty will be expected to:

• Prepare, develop, and deliver teaching and learning materials for postgraduate courses, particularly Research Methods for Maritime Professionals and Advanced Maritime Operations Management.
• Develop course materials, assessments, and learning resources in accordance with the approved syllabus.
• Assess and grade assignments, presentations, and examinations, providing timely feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records.
• Provide academic guidance and consultation to students during the course.
• Participate in course moderation, examination, and quality assurance activities as required.
• Comply with Sharjah Maritime Academys academic policies, regulations, and CAA requirements.
• Attend departmental meetings and faculty activities when requested by the Head of Department.

• Ability to fluently speak, write and communicate in English at the highest level of professionalism.
