Shooting Range Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Shooting Range Assistant to join our Shooting Department.

• Assist with the safe and smooth operation of shooting range activities.
• Support the Range Instructor and senior team members during shooting sessions.
• Monitor guests and ensure all safety rules and range procedures are followed.
• Assist in preparing, checking, organizing, and maintaining range equipment.
• Provide basic guidance to guests regarding range rules and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shooting range environment.
• Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with crowd control and guest movement within designated areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties related to the Shooting Department as assigned.

• Previous experience in security, military, police, shooting range, sports, outdoor activities, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and discipline.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, alert, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
