Compile administer and grade examinations prepare and deliver lectures to grades 11 and 12 students on topics prescribed as per the school syllabus and various competitive examinations Organising and delivering classroom lectures to students Classroom management Prepare classroom and coursework materials homework assignments and handouts Evaluating students class work and assignments Develop lesson plans in line with the level of the students Maintaining discipline in the classroom Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere Maintenance of attendance and student feedback documents Invigilating and marking the student s tests Following all academic processes and maintaining the relevant documents Attending the Parent Teacher Meetings and sharing student feedback Reporting academic outcomes to the Head of Departments Attending department meetings To be involved in the updating of Intended Learning Outcomes and Self-Assessment Tests
