The LTA and Data Analyst supports the School of Business Administration (SBA) in academic accreditation, curriculum and policy development, academic data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting academic and institutional data; conducting research and benchmarking; and preparing reports, documentation, and guidelines to support academic decision-making and accreditation requirements.
The role also supports the Business Learning Centre (BLC) and contributes to student academic support through review sessions and workshops. In addition, the position contributes to program and course-level assessment, process digitization, and other academic projects as required.
Job Responsibilities- Support AACSB and CAA accreditation processes by preparing reports, documentation, and quality assurance materials for internal and external reviews.
- Support curriculum and policy development through proposal and policy drafting, benchmarking, research, and identification of best practices.
- Manage and enhance Business Learning Center (BLC) operations, including scheduling, tutor coordination, booking systems, review sessions, and academic workshops.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and organize student, faculty, institutional, and survey data using STATA and advanced Microsoft Excel tools, including Power Query and Pivot Tables.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports and data outputs to support program and institutional effectiveness, academic decision-making, and accreditation activities.
- Support program and course-level assessment and assurance of learning through the development of implementation guidelines and the use of internal systems and digital assessment tools.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative units on academic projects and initiatives within the scope of the position.
- Support the digitization of paper-based and manual processes, including report preparation and documentation workflows, through the use of appropriate digital tools and systems.
- Teach assigned courses and contribute to student learning and the academic development of the program.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Master’s degree in a relevant academic discipline (e.g., Economics, Business, Education, or a related field).
- A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an academic environment, preferably in higher education administration.
- Experience supporting AACSB/CAA accreditation and quality assurance activities.
- Experience in academic data analysis and reporting using Excel and STATA.
- Experience in curriculum and policy documentation within a higher education environment.
- Experience delivering student academic support sessions and workshops.
- Experience managing or coordinating a learning center or similar academic support function.
- Experience supporting process digitization and the use of academic systems.
- Strong academic writing and documentation skills.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and formulas.

- Strong digital literacy.
