• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the educational needs of elementary-level students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities and classroom resources.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic and behavioral development.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and independent learning.
• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance student learning outcomes.
