- Support students with SEN and additional learning needs through appropriate, individualised teaching and interventions.
- Support HOI in develoing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted learning support strategies.
- Adapt and differentiate learning activities and resources to meet individual student needs.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group interventions to support academic, social, emotional, and communication development.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, reviewing support strategies as required.
- Work closely with Class Teachers and Subject Teachers to promote effective inclusion within the mainstream classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents and relevant staff regarding student progress and support needs.
- Liaise with the HOI, school leadership, and external specialists where appropriate.
- Promote student wellbeing, independence, confidence, and positive behaviour while maintaining safeguarding standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive school environment and participate in relevant meetings, training, professional development, and school activities.
