- Plan, develop, coordinate, and oversee educational programs to ensure effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals and educational objectives.

- Identify opportunities to enhance teaching methodologies, learning experiences, operational processes, and curriculum quality.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, academic activities, and educational events to support program objectives.
- Prepare program reports, curriculum documentation, implementation plans, and relevant administrative records.
- Ensure educational programs comply with applicable policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to the development of innovative educational initiatives that promote student engagement and academic excellence.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Excellent organizational, project management, coordination, and time management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to develop structured curriculum frameworks, learning materials, program guidelines, and educational documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate different activities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and relevant educational or project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to maintaining high educational and operational standards.
